We are looking for an experienced professional to be part of our leadership team focusing on government affairs, including the development of national space strategies, of space policies and programs, and the assessment of public programs, including socio-economic impact assessment. You will support our government customers both in Europe and internationally.
The role includes projects and team management, interaction with clients, partners and program stakeholders with exposure to senior decision-makers in the ecosystem, both in industry and government.

Primary role and responsibilities
- Business development through participation to international events, customer interactions and the development and negotiation of proposals,
- End-to-end project leadership, including for our management consulting mandates and market intelligence reports and databanks
- Team leadership, and mentoring of members of our Management Consulting team
Desired skills & experience
- Advanced consulting skill-set: problem solving skills, quantitative and qualitative analytics, advanced writing skills and presentation skills
- Fast learner, flexible, organised, meticulous and detail-oriented
- Ability to work independently and yet to work effectively and nicely in a team
- Experience in space business, earth observation, satellite navigation, transport policy, mobility, and/or security matters
- Previous experience in international management consultancy (or in a strategy unit) and team leadership
- Strong academic background
- Fully fluent in English and French
- EU citizen or permanent EU residence/work permit
- Flexibility for occasional international travel
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office Suite
Any of the following would be a plus
- Engineering or business academic background,
- Working knowledge in additional languages
- Public sector consulting experience and knowledge of European institutions
- Other work experience, e.g. in market research and economic analysis
