Role Overview (position can turn into Full Time after trial period): As our Part-Time Sourcer & Market Researcher, you’ll dive deep into the world of early stage SaaS startups, uncovering hidden gems and bringing them to the forefront. Your knack for identifying stellar candidates across all levels, from rockstar individual contributors to visionary executives in both Technical & Non Technical roles.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Talent Hunt: Use your detective skills to identify and source top-tier talent across various roles within SaaS companies. Your mission: find the best of the best, whether they’re coding wizards or sales gurus.
    • Market Intel: Become a market research ninja, understanding the ins and outs of the SaaS ecosystem. You'll map out the talent landscape and pinpoint where the stars are hiding.
    • Profile Maestro: You understand candidates' profiles and can dissect them with ease. You can pinpoint exactly why a candidate is a great fit for a role and at the same time can narrow in where they lack the right skills to qualify for the job.  
    • Creative Genius: You think outside the box to develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies. Conventional methods are great too, but you know how to dig deep and find new ways of identifying top tier talent as needed.
    • Database Dynamo: Keep our talent database in tip-top shape, ensuring it’s always up-to-date with the freshest candidate info.
    • Collaborative Communicator: Work hand-in-hand with Senior Recruiters and Partners, tuning into their needs and delivering precisely what they’re looking for.

Qualifications:

    • Startup Super Recruiter: You’ve got the chops when it comes to recruiting for high-growth startups, especially within the SaaS space. You know what makes these companies tick and can spot talent that fits like a glove.
    • Talent Whisperer: Whether it’s a technical whizz or a non-technical prodigy, you understand the unique needs and nuances of both.
    • Research Rock Star: Your market research skills are legendary. You know how to dig deep, analyze data, and turn insights into actionable strategies.
    • Humble Hustler: Ego? Never heard of it. You’re all about the team, the mission, and the hustle. Your drive and energy are contagious.
    • Communication Champ: Your written and verbal communication skills are top-notch. You can craft messages that resonate and build rapport with potential candidates.
