Title: Business Development Representative (Future Account Executive)
Location: 200 Galleria Pkwy SE, Atlanta, GA 30339
Expectation: Hybrid, 3 days Per Week
Reporting to: Head of Sales & Success

This is not a typical BDR role. This is a direct-to-revenue apprenticeship designed to mold you into a top-performing Account Executive in 12-24 months. In just nine months, we’ve scaled to over 8,000 active candidates and dozens of employer partners, from local private clinics to major national health systems.

We are building a world-class sales organization, and we believe the best Account Executives are built from the ground up. You will be the tip of the spear for our growth, learning the business hands-on by working directly with our Chief Nursing Officer and a Senior Account Executive. Forget the call center mentality; here, your success is measured by the revenue you help generate, not arbitrary call quotas. **Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept It:**
Your mission is to be the engine of our sales pipeline. You will master the art of strategic outreach to connect with the healthcare leaders who need our platform, build genuine initial relationships, and generate a predictable stream of high-value opportunities that our closing team can convert into revenue. You are the first and most critical step in our land-and-expand sales motion.

**What You'll Own & Achieve:**
1.  Master the Art of Outbound Prospecting
--> Become an expert in our target verticals (private clinics, urgent care, hospital systems), researching and building strategic lists of high-potential employer accounts.
--> Execute targeted, multi-channel outreach campaigns using email, phone, and LinkedIn to break through the noise and initiate meaningful conversations with key decision-makers.
--> Collaborate directly with Sales and Marketing leadership to constantly refine outbound strategies, test messaging, and build scalable prospecting systems from the ground up.

2.  Become a Master Qualifier & Pipeline Builder
--> Skillfully qualify inbound and outbound interest, identifying genuine pain points and matching them to our solution to ensure every discovery call you book is a high-value opportunity.
--> Develop a relentless follow-up discipline, nurturing prospects and maintaining momentum to drive conversions from initial contact to qualified meeting.
--> Partner directly with your assigned Account Executive and our Chief Nursing Officer to manage your shared pipeline, ensuring a seamless handoff and learning the intricacies of our sales cycle firsthand.

3.  Build the Foundation for a Six-Figure Sales Career
--> Maintain meticulous records in our CRM (Salesforce by EOY), understanding that clean data is the backbone of a successful sales organization.
--> Develop a deep understanding of our product, value proposition, and competitive landscape, becoming a trusted resource for prospective clients
--> Crush your revenue-tied goals and progress through our CLEAR promotion path, building the skills, habits, and track record to earn a promotion to Account Executive.

--> A Hunter with Proven Grit: You have 18+ months of experience in an outbound BDR/SDR role, ideally in a fast-paced SaaS or staffing environment. You aren't afraid of picking up the phone.
--> A Natural & Persuasive Communicator: You are clear, concise, and compelling in your writing and your speech. You can build rapport quickly and professionally.
--> A Relentless & Resilient Driver: You have a high motor, a powerful sense of ownership, and the tenacity to overcome objections and keep pushing forward. You are motivated by achieving your goals.

$60,000 - $60,000 a year
**The CLEAR Path to AE: A Transparent & Accelerated Career Track**
We don’t just promise growth; we map it out for you. Our **CLEAR Program** (Clear Career Path, Learning, Expectations, Accountability, Rewards) is designed to promote you from BDR to Account Executive. All BDRs are hired at the BDR 1 level to ensure a strong foundation, with the opportunity for promotion and a raise every quarter (starting in your second quarter) based on performance.
**BDR 1:** $60,000 Base Salary | $88,800 On-Target Earnings - uncapped*  
**BDR 2:** $70,000 Base Salary | $112,000 On-Target Earnings - uncapped*  
**BDR 3:** $80,000 Base Salary | $137,600 On-Target Earnings - uncapped*

Upon successful completion of the BDR 3 stage, you are on track for promotion to **Account Executive**, with a starting base salary of **$100,000** and a new, uncapped commission plan. We hire you with the explicit intent of promoting you.
