Title: Account Executive III - Employer Sales
Compensation: OTE $240,000 (Base $120,000 + Target Commission $120,000)
Location: 200 Galleria Pkwy SE, Atlanta, GA 30339
Expectation: Hybrid, 2-3 days Per Week
Travel: Less than 10%

Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept It:
Your mission is to be a primary revenue engine for NPHire. You will own a quota and the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualifying to demonstrating value and closing deals. You will combine relentless outbound activity with the skill to convert high-intent inbound leads, transforming market potential into closed-won revenue and accelerating our mission to solve healthcare’s hiring crisis.
What You'll Own & Achieve:
High-Velocity Sales Execution
--> Master and execute the full NPHire sales cycle, from leading strategic discovery calls to negotiating and closing monthly and annual subscription contracts.
--> Conduct compelling live product demos that are tailored to the unique needs of private clinics, hospital systems, and other healthcare employers.
--> Serve as a driving force on the sales team, consistently meeting and exceeding your revenue targets through disciplined and strategic selling.
Pipeline Generation & Management
--> Develop and execute targeted outbound campaigns via email, phone, and LinkedIn to build a robust pipeline of new business opportunities.
--> Become an expert at qualifying and converting the inbound leads who are actively seeking a solution on our website.
--> Maintain a pristine and accurate sales pipeline in our CRM, providing clear forecasting and visibility into your performance.
Strategic Impact & Collaboration
--> Partner seamlessly with the Customer Success Manager to ensure every new client you close has a world-class onboarding experience.
--> Act as the tip of the spear, gathering critical feedback from prospects and delivering actionable insights to the Product and Marketing teams to keep our message sharp.
--> Identify and surface expansion opportunities within your accounts, laying the groundwork for future growth and long-term client value.
The Profile: What You'll Bring to the Table
--> A Quota-Crushing Closer: You have 3+ years of experience in a full-cycle B2B sales role, ideally in SaaS, HR Tech, or healthcare, with a documented history of not just meeting, but crushing your quota.
--> A High-Energy Self-Starter: You thrive on the intensity of a fast-paced, early-stage environment. You see objections as opportunities and are relentless and resilient in your pursuit of the close.
--> A Master Communicator: You communicate with clarity, confidence, and precision. You can command a demo, build rapport instantly, and articulate a strong value proposition.
