Title: Sr. Account Executive
Compensation: OTE $300,000 (Base $150,000 + Target Commission $150,000)
Location: 200 Galleria Pkwy SE, Atlanta, GA 30339
Expectation: Hybrid, 2-3 days Per Week
Travel: Less than 10%
Reporting to: Head of Sales & Success

NPHire is solving a critical challenge in healthcare. In just nine months, we’ve scaled to over 7,000 active candidates and 55+ employers, from private clinics to national healthcare systems. We need more than a deal-closer; we need a growth engine. Someone who can hunt for new business, define a winning sales motion, and operate as the foundational pillar of our commercial team.
You won't just be running a pipeline; you'll be building it from scratch and coaching our first BDR. You won't just be closing deals; you'll be using market feedback to shape the future of our product. **Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept It…**
Your mission is to be the primary engine of NPHire’s employer growth. You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting new clinics and health systems to closing deals and laying the foundation for a scalable, high-performance sales function. You will hunt new business, convert high-intent inbound leads, and serve as the voice of the customer, directly shaping the future of our product and go-to-market strategy.
Full-Cycle Sales Execution & Closing
--> Master the full NPHire sales cycle, from leading compelling discovery calls and product demos to negotiating and closing annual subscription contracts with healthcare employers.
--> Serve as the company’s lead closer, consistently meeting and exceeding revenue targets by clearly articulating NPHire’s value proposition and building urgency.
--> Spearhead outbound strategies, leveraging email, phone, and LinkedIn to build relationships with key decision-makers and generate a robust pipeline of new business.
Building the Foundation for Scale
--> Architect the foundational sales process for NPHire, documenting and refining everything from lead qualification criteria to demo scripts and closing sequences.
--> Coach, mentor, and direct our first Business Development Representative (BDR), guiding their activity to build a predictable pipeline that fuels your success.
--> Serve as the voice of the customer in the market, gathering and championing prospect feedback to inform the Product, Marketing, and Success teams.
Strategic Account Growth & Handoff
--> Partner with the Customer Success Manager to execute a seamless post-sale handoff, ensuring every new client is set up for immediate success and long-term value.
--> Identify expansion opportunities within your closed accounts, laying the groundwork for future upsells and cross-sells.
--> Become a trusted advisor in the NP hiring space, positioning yourself and NPHire as the go-to resource for healthcare employers.
The Profile: What You'll Bring to the Table
--> A Proven Hunter: You have 5+ years of B2B field sales experience and a strong track record of exceeding quota, at least 2+ years selling HR tech, ATS, job boards, or similar SaaS products into the healthcare industry.
