About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented University Partnerships Coordinator to join our team. This role is critical in supporting the day-to-day operations of our university partnerships program. You will be responsible for matching students to preceptors, coordinating logistics, and ensuring placements run smoothly. This is a fast-paced, growing area of our business, so we need someone who thrives on problem-solving, adaptability, and strong communication.
This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional (1–2 years post-college experience) who wants to gain operational and relationship management experience in a mission-driven, growth-stage company.
Key Responsibilities
- Review student placement needs and identify preceptors in the appropriate geographic area.
- Assess preceptor availability against program requirements (FNP, PMHNP, AGACNP, etc.) to confirm a curriculum fit.
- Facilitate booking and approval of placements, ensuring accuracy in hours, specialty, and documentation.
- Maintain up-to-date records of placements and communicate new preceptor needs to the recruiting team.
- Respond quickly to placement issues and escalate to the University Account Manager when needed.
- Provide professional, timely communication to students regarding placement status and requirements.
- Reach out to preceptors with questions, confirmations, or reminders while maintaining a personable tone.
- Prepare regular updates, reports, and documentation so the University Account Manager has visibility for school reporting.
- Partner closely with the University Account Manager, taking ownership of day-to-day details while keeping them informed of progress and issues.
What We’re Looking For
- 1–2 years of post-college experience in operations, coordination, or administrative support.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel (sorting, filtering, data tracking).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Personable, professional demeanor with the ability to handle tough conversations gracefully.
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to stay calm under pressure.
- Comfort working in a hybrid environment (2–3 days/week in Vinings, GA office).
- Adaptability to change — this is a growing business, and responsibilities will evolve over time.
- Someone with a can-do attitude and eagerness to learn
Growth Opportunity
- As the university partnerships business scales and our product team automates parts of fulfillment, this role will shift to include more relationship management, process improvement, and strategic projects. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow in operations and partnerships within a mission-driven company.
