You’re a creative, organized, and versatile marketer well versed in running demand generation programs and fueling customer growth. As a growth marketer, you’ll create and optimize our online marketing campaigns and develop an attribution framework to guide iteration and measure performance. You’ll work with the marketing and sales teams to improve our conversion funnel and increase awareness of the npm product line.
We’re looking for someone with a background in marketing analytics and marketing operations, in particular website optimization, digital advertising, and email marketing software. That said, don’t worry about specific tooling: if you are curious, adaptable, and kind, you can get the hang of this. Other members of our marketing team have been an unsuccessful screenwriter and a bartender at a Cajun restaurant, and our executives started their careers selling vacuum cleaners and potato chips. It takes all kinds.
This role is based in our headquarters in Oakland, California. We cannot currently sponsor new work visas other than TN-1s, but we can transfer existing H-1Bs.
