Responsibilities:

    • Provide amazing customer service to clients – quick responses to requests, clear communication, attention to detail, and timely follow-up on outstanding, items.
    • Utilize Transportation Management Systems (TMS) to complete and manage assigned workload.
    • Follow documented processes to complete assigned workload.
    • Source carriers for bids, projects, or one-off needs.
    • Analyze key metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
    • Provide insightful reports to enhance decision-making processes.
    • Identify and onboard new carriers to improve our service offerings.
    • Develop new and grow existing carrier relationships.
    • Build relationships with carriers based on the company’s business needs to secure additional capacity to meet the sales team's demands.
    • Negotiate rates with carriers to secure efficient capacity to meet company business needs.
    • Ensure successful project completion through effective management

    • Various web services for carrier procurement, onboarding, and monitoring

Requirements:

    • Remote position working a rotating schedule covering Monday-Friday 5-9 p.m. CST and Saturday-Sunday 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. CST
    • Verbal Communication: Proficiency in English for clear and effective verbal communication during meetings, presentations, and customer interactions.
    • Written Communication: Excellent command of English for writing emails, reports, and other documents with correct grammar, punctuation, and tone.
    • Comprehension: Understanding and interpreting complex information in English, including technical documents and client instructions.
    • Internet Connectivity:
    • Stable and Reliable Connection: Must have a reliable internet service with minimal downtime.
    • Backup Plan: Access to an alternative internet connection in case of primary connection issues.
