Why we’re hiring
We’re looking for a Content & Growth Marketing Manager to help build our brand and scale our go-to-market. This person will play a critical role in our marketing efforts, to generate both awareness and demand in support of our sales team. Our primary market today includes banking and fintech, and we are speaking to product, developers, and partnerships leads.

What you’ll be doing
As an early member of our marketing team, you'll play an important role in shaping brand voice, messaging, and content strategy. The Marketing team at Ntropy is responsible for understanding both our users' needs as well as broader market opportunities, and communicating our position clearly and simply. Our mission is to set us apart through compelling messaging, thought-leadership, and impactful engagement that will shape our customers’ experience. You'll have a big impact on our story, including how and where we tell it.

Specifically, you will:
- Define, own, and execute the content strategy across channels with leadership
- Craft content that engages, informs, and persuades prospects and customers throughout the funnel
- Own the optimization of inbound and outbound acquisition channels
- Execute digital marketing campaigns across all relevant channels 
- Help shape & communicate our voice
- Lead email marketing strategies and optimization for engagement and acquisition

Who we’re looking for
We’re looking for someone with a minimum of three (3) years of fintech experience in content marketing and demand generation for B2B. If you are comfortable being proactive, testing and learning, and being in a growth environment, you will love it here.  

In addition, we're also looking for:
- An ability to translate product capabilities and industry trends into approachable content
- Someone that has an ability to “know the audience” and tailor content accordingly
- Demonstrated results from running growth programs and experiments that drove pipeline and revenue, including ABM
- Direct experience with content strategy & digital marketing channels (LinkedIn and Twitter experience a must)
- Familiarity with marketing automation toolsAn understanding of A/B testing, design, and the application of those performance results
- Design or media editing skills a plus: Figma, GSuite, or others
- Are able to balance speed and quality, ensuring consistency across customer touchpoints
- Are excited to work in the ever-changing environment of an early stage startup and are comfortable juggling priorities and getting your hands dirty
- Have excellent communication skills and are eager to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to help tell our story
