Ntropy is looking for a Head of Talent who would like to be one of the founding members of the company and build the team to fuel our next stage of growth. Exceptional talent is the driving force behind Ntropy's success and a key to achieving our mission of a scalable data network for financial transactions.

Responsibilities:
- Design and manage an effective sourcing, evaluation and on-boarding pipeline that can support our growth, while providing a great candidate experience.
- Create and continuously improve strategies to identify, attract, and engage top talent.
- Attend interviews alongside engineers to help evaluate candidates.
- Assist in background and reference checks.

Key qualifications:
- 3+ years of recruiting experience.
- Ability to distinguish between the top 1% and the top 50% of talent.
- Ability to find, engage, qualify, and close the best candidates.
- Ability to learn the basic technical fundamentals of each position for which you’re hiring.
- Ability to build a deep understanding of our business and culture.
- Track record of employing non-standard and creative recruiting methods.
- Ability to build strong relationships with candidates.
- Ability to use data to develop and continuously improve the recruitment process.
- Experience hiring for highly technical roles.

Preferred qualifications:
- Experience using Lever, LinkedIn and other relevant tools.
- Experience in start-up environments with full ownership and autonomy.
- Experience with creating targeted sourcing campaigns, organizing networking events, coding competitions, event sponsorships, etc.

We hire anywhere in GMT-7 to GMT+1.

Yes. We have been in production since 1st April 2021 and have been rapidly growing since.

We aim to be 45-50 people by the end of the year. Mostly engineering roles.
