Ntropy is building foundational infrastructure for Machine Learning and Financial Services. Our customer base has more than doubled in the last month, and we are looking for a Business Development Executive to build our presence and sell our solution within Banking, FinTech and broader software sectors.

You will have an opportunity to shape the business development strategy and culture from the start, and work very closely with clients and the CEO. It’s a proactive and super fast paced setting, where you get to control impact and direction from the get-go.

Our inbound demand has been growing week on week, despite little to none commercial effort. You are joining to capitalize on this and scale.

We are building the source of truth for customer financial behavior across platforms and services in order to enable a world where money is more immediate, transparent and accessible.
This is the foundational block for the future of money. 
Every day we work on solving challenging problems around cleansing, categorizing and combining financial data in order to turn it into a source of truth. We are developing modern API-s that allow our growing list of clients to make the most of their transactions, understand cash flow, tag unique behaviors on a client or group level.

Responsibilities

Shape lead generation and sales strategy working closely with the CEO. Generate leads using the latest tools. Engage with senior decision makers in financial services and software companies looking to adopt finance, educate them on our product features and benefits and qualify the potential opportunity. Set up and manage CRM.
Manage and prioritize both inbound and outbound leads.
Participate in negotiating and closing deals with prospects.
Contribute towards hiring, training and support for future employees, as the company expands.

Requirements

We’re looking for an accomplished, paranoid and very ambitious individual to join our team. If you are comfortable with setting up your own process and being around type A-s that are work in progress, you will enjoy it here.
To succeed in this role, you must have a  track record in generating new business within a corporate B2B sales environment. You will have a minimum of 10 months in a lead generation/sales or growth hacking role, preferably in B2B/SaaS software or financial services.
This experience will be backed up with clear evidence of direct wins generated through your previous work – with the successes, failures, and numbers to prove it.
