As a Growth Marketing Lead, your mission is to drive company growth through effective marketing strategies. You will generate leads across the marketing funnel, execute top-of-funnel campaigns, optimize results through testing, and experiment with new approaches. Supporting various marketing campaigns, you will contribute to setup, audience creation, copywriting, and reporting. With your expertise in demand generation and accountability, you will help achieve target-based marketing goals and propel our company forward.

Must-Haves
Demand-generation experience:
- Possess a deep understanding of demand generation principles and techniques.
- Demonstrate a track record of successful demand generation campaigns in a B2B environment.
2+ years of experience in growth marketing at a high-growth B2B startup:
- Proven experience in driving growth and achieving marketing objectives in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
- Familiarity with the unique challenges and opportunities associated with B2B marketing.
Previously owned top of funnel:
- Have prior experience in managing and optimizing top-of-funnel marketing activities.
- Understand the importance of attracting and engaging high-quality leads at the early stages of the customer journey.
Accountable:
- Take ownership of projects and deliverables, ensuring deadlines are met and goals are achieved.
- Exhibit a results-oriented mindset, consistently striving for excellence and exceeding expectations.
Nice-to-Haves
- Previous experience in a fast-paced start-up environment.
- An understanding of the fintech industry
- Proficiency with Hubspot, SalesForce, Google Analytics, and social media management tools.
