About the role
As an industry-leading provider to broadcasters, advertisers, and agencies, NLogic is seeking a Product Manager to help continue our transformation, advancing innovative, technology-driven, cross-platform advertising solutions.

Reporting to the Senior Director, Product, the Product Manager supports the Product Management team in developing and implementing new products, as well as maintaining and improving our current portfolio. This role performs special research assignments for development, assists in gathering business requirements for products, creates and tests prototypes, and ensures the appropriate focus of all activities is on the user experience.

What you will do

    • Develops high-quality, actionable product requirements by conducting user interviews, focus groups and validation workshops
    • Gains validated learning by creating and testing prototypes and mockups with users in early programs
    • Creates, maintains and presents detailed product roadmaps to both internal and external stakeholders
    • Responsible for liaising with the Engineering and Client Service teams when necessary
    • Produces high-quality user documentation and videos for customers to maximize their success and satisfaction with our products
    • Develops and updates annual product brand plans and presents to internal stakeholders
    • Actively collaborates with business development teams to identify, evaluate, and pursue new market opportunities, conducting in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and stakeholder engagement
    • Ensures an effective closed loop development process by creating artifacts like user stories, personas and support feedback
    • Becomes a subject matter expert and produces actionable insights on competition, industry and technology
    • Experience working in a UX environment and in managing third party software

What you have

    • Product Management Experience: You are solution-focused, detailed oriented, and always looking for ways to improve a product and the UX, and you have 3+ years of experience.
    • Industry Experience: You love everything media, including TV, radio and digital video/audio and you have over 3 years’ experience working for a broadcaster, media company, advertising agency or AdTech provider. You even have experience with NLogic products.
    • Data Measurement: You are passionate about data and have a solid understanding of, and considerable experience with, methods for measurement of broadcast/streaming consumption and video/audio advertising including related tools and techniques.
    • Results Orientation: You are self-motivated with a clear focus on driving results including the ability to work independently and in a team environment to achieve objectives.
    • Relationship Management & Stakeholder Engagement: Exceptional relationship management and facilitation skills including the ability to work collaboratively with our clients and other business leaders across our organization.
    • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to develop and deliver external and internal presentations both to senior level business stakeholders and technical teams.
    • Education: University degree preferred.
