We have gone beyond conventional hair loss research to formulate a program that addresses the multiple causes of poor hair health. About the role:
Nutrafol is looking for a rock-star CRM / Retention Manager to lead, manage and optimize the day-to-day customer retention strategy and B2C communication


    •          Run day-to-day execution & optimization of all email marketing campaigns
    •         Develop the core customer engagement communication strategy
    •          Execute the retention marketing strategy across social, email & mobile app
    •          Own KPIs around retention performance and customer engagement
    •          Continuous A/B testing of messaging, content, creative and user funnel
    •          Work with content, creative and tech to execute retention strategy
    •          Create email marketing calendar around customer engagement and activations
    •          Track, monitor, and report on retention campaign performance
    •          Understand cohort analysis and retention impact on Lifetime Value (LTV)
    •          Strong influence on the UI/UX to improve customer engagement and retention for the desktop, mobile and app experiences
    •          Stay ahead of the curve with best practices, campaign enhancements, and new industry trends geared towards increasing retention and brand loyalty

About You:

    •          4-year degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field of study
    •          5+ years of experience in a direct-to-consumer CRM management, retention marketing and email marketing
    •          Own, succeed and deliver on retention KPIs
    •          Strong analytical, problem solving mindset
    •          Proven ability to create a customer engagement strategy
    •          Hands-on project management experience
    •          Excel wiz
    •          Knowledge of SQL a plus!
    •          Extensive experience with email marketing and  ESPs
    •          Enjoy the creative process - you’ll be working in constant collaboration with marketers, designers, writers and data analysts
    •          Exceptional organizational skills and detail-oriented
    •          Ability to work in a fast-paced, start-up environment that requires quick turnaround with high quality output
    •          Strong written and verbal communicator with key decision makers
    •          Self-starter who is driven to address problems and produce solutions
    •          Growth mindset - you are on a quest to learn and develop personally & professionally
