We're looking for a high-performing, highly organized Chief of Staff / Executive Assistant to the CEO to play a critical role in supporting the CEO with strategic planning, relationship management, and executive operations. This is a rare opportunity to work closely with a proven CEO behind several successful ventures. The role offers direct exposure to executive decision-making, business strategy, and client and partner engagement — ideal for an MBA candidate seeking hands-on C-suite.

What you will do:

    • Executive Support & Operations
    • Deliver strategic and high-level administrative support to the CEO, including managing the calendar and inbox.
    • Monitor and follow up on key actions, stakeholders, and deliverables to ensure timely execution and accountability.
    • Assist in managing and prioritizing the CEO’s workload, serving as a gatekeeper and point of triage when necessary.
    • Provide occasional personal administrative and coordination support as needed.

    • Client & Executive Engagement
    • Proactively manage the scheduling and coordination of meetings with key clients, prospects, and partners on the CEO’s behalf.
    • Cultivate strong, trust-based relationships with senior executives at current and potential client organizations.
    • Represent the CEO and the company with professionalism, warmth, and strategic insight in all external communications.
    • Support the strengthening of executive relationships and help uncover opportunities for deeper collaboration and alignment.

    • Stakeholder Management
    • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders, including executive assistants at partner and client organizations.
    • Support preparation for board meetings, advisory calls, and investor updates by managing agendas, briefing materials, and follow-ups.
    • Serve as a trusted liaison between the CEO and key stakeholders such as employees, clients, and partners.

    • Project & Strategic Support
    • Proactively anticipate executive requirements to ensure smooth execution of business priorities.
    • Perform research and deliver clear, concise analyses to support informed, strategic decision-making

    • Culture & Collaboration
    • Foster positive and collaborative relationships across departments.
    • Demonstrate discretion, sound judgment, and maintain confidentiality in all communications.

Who you are:

    • 5–8+ years of experience in a Chief of Staff, strategic operations, management consulting, or business leadership role supporting executive leadership
    • Currently enrolled in or recently completed an MBA program (or possess equivalent experience)
    • Exceptionally proactive and well-organized, with keen attention to detail
    • Skilled at managing multiple priorities independently while handling confidential information with discretion
    • Confident communicator, adept at engaging with senior stakeholders
    • Motivated to learn, develop, and make meaningful contributions in a fast-paced, high-impact business setting
