As the Head of FP&A, you will be pivotal in shaping the financial trajectory of our wealth management offering, focusing on unit economics, customer profitability, and strategic financial planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and lead the financial planning strategy for the Private Wealth Management division, ensuring alignment with OakNorth's overall business objectives.
- Analyze and optimize unit economics, focusing on metrics such as revenue per client, cost-to-serve, and client lifetime value to drive profitability.
- Oversee the annual budgeting process, monthly forecasting, and long-term financial planning, providing insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the financial health of the division, including AUM growth, client acquisition costs, and retention rates.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Sales, and Compliance, to align financial strategies with business initiatives.
- Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports to senior leadership, highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities.
What We're Looking For
- 8+ years in financial planning and analysis within the wealth management sector.
- Expertise in financial modeling, pricing, customer P&L and forecasting
- Strong understanding of UK financial regulations, including FCA guidelines and MiFID II.
- Demonstrated ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
- Proven experience in leading teams and managing cross-departmental projects.
