Our role:

We are looking for a maestro marketing ops manager who will be responsible for orchestrating campaign planning and execution across all Objective business lines.

To be successful in this role, you’d ideally be intellectually curious, love connecting dots, be results-oriented, not scared to architect new solutions with a mind to build repeatable processes, and ready to collaborate broadly across sales, marketing, and operations teams, to name a few. You’ll do all of this by flexing your SFDC and marketing automation skills (we use Pardot) and also through your ability to wrangle decision-makers and stakeholders while driving them to not settle for mediocrity.

This role reports to the Chief Marketing Officer and may have people management responsibilities in the future. It is pivotal to the success of the marketing team and the overall growth of the business. 

A day in your role:

    • Campaign Orchestration and Reporting - Develop program strategy, train and unite stakeholders for flawless delivery, and provide insightful performance reports. Also, keeping a keen eye on campaigns, continually fine-tuning them for peak performance.
    • Operational Efficiencies - Streamline campaign processes for optimal launches and ongoing improvements.
    • Translation - Transform business requirements into technical specifications for implementation.
    • Audience management - Use, manage, and enrich data effectively for detailed audience targeting.
    • Nurturing Strategies - Craft and implement programs to efficiently guide leads through their lifecycle stages.
    • Analytics and reporting - Create insightful reports and dashboards to track overall marketing efficiency and highlight successes/opportunities.
    • Campaign QA - Ensure operational excellence with thorough design and release of pre-launch checks.
    • Conversion tracking - Work closely with marketers to boost conversion rates through strategic data analysis.
    • Marketing Engine Innovation - Continuously assess and improve our tooling and processes.
    • Other duties as reasonably requested.

You skills, experience and beyond:

    • Strong knowledge and experience in B2B marketing at SaaS companies.
    • In-depth marketing automation/CRM experience (ideally Pardot and Salesforce).
    • Operated ABM platforms like Demandbase or Zoominfo
    • Excel wizard (we don’t use Google Sheets!)
    • Experience with marketing tools and automation systems (Salesforce.com, GTM, GA4, VWO et al.) with demonstrated ability to interpret and translate analytic results into implications for customer acquisition and demand generation for marketers.
    • Proven project management skills – preferably as a user of Asana.
    • Excellent written and verbal interpersonal communication skills, with a demonstrable track record of building solid relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
    • Strong commercial acumen.
    • Ability to operate cross-functionally to translate ideas and projects into repeatable processes which drive marketing productivity.
    • Ability to work to meet deadlines while displaying self-motivation, initiative, and flexibility.
    • Creative approach to problem-solving, innovation and issue resolution.
