This is an exciting opportunity to join our expanding office in the US.
As the Business Solutions Consultant, you will responsible for providing expert business and technical knowledge for the framing of solutions to meet the business needs of the US market place within the framework of the Objective product set.
What your day will look like:
- Provide technical solution leadership for our customers and sales opportunities through building an understanding of their business and alignment to our solution capability, with all focus on discovering drivers and challenges
- Provide expert presales support, whether in person or remotely, to create compelling solutions.
- Bring solutions to life through captivating presentations and custom demonstrations
- Assist new business Account Directors and existing Commercial Managers in strategy development, proposal creation, and customer interactions
What skills you will need:
- Practical experience supporting sales processes or implementing solutions in one or more of the following industry segments: local government, State/Federal agencies or regulated industries.
- A firm understanding of Enterprise Content Management (ECM) and data management technologies and solutions.
- Proficiency in developing and maintaining XML, Javascript, and HTML5 for presales requirements.
- Familiarity with working in a pre-sales environment with multiple virtual ESX images.
- Strong business analysis skills, including meeting facilitation and workshop leadership.
- Exceptional communication and coaching abilities to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Effective problem-solving skills and a knack for dynamic presentations.
