The Business Development Manager plays a pivotal role in the success of our cutting-edge RegWorks and Reach products. Tasked with not just identifying but seamlessly securing new customers, this role is tailor-made for a proactive and self-motivated individual.

Beyond the conventional scope, this role thrives on building and leveraging senior relationships to unearth valuable business opportunities, particularly in the government and technology sectors. With a strong foundation in sales, the Business Development Manager navigates a spectrum of activities – from cultivating promising leads to orchestrating successful commercial closures.

Reporting to the Regional Director, the Business Development Manager is not just a contributor but a catalyst, working tirelessly to surpass annual sales targets and usher in new customers and groundbreaking solutions.

A Day In Your Role

    • Identify and secure new business opportunities in targeted markets and geographic locations.
    • Generate new business through networking, events, and client referrals.
    • Qualify leads, establish rapport, and arrange productive meetings.
    • Build strong professional relationships as a trusted advisor.
    • Deliver compelling presentations with Pre-Sales team support.
    • Execute sales strategies for procurement to commercial closure.
    • Collaborate on tender responses and proposals with pre-sales.
    • Support Marketing in organizing and promoting product events.
