We’re looking for an Accounts Payable Officer to join our Finance team in the North Sydney office who will be responsible for delivering and owning the end to end processes across the accounts payable function. Reporting to the Finance Manager, you'll be an efficient and dynamic accounts professional handling associated processes and reconciliations for the APAC region. What your day will look like:

    • Responsible for end to end accounts payable function
    • Processing and accurate coding of invoices
    • Payment of invoices within terms of business
    • Management of purchase order process
    • Managing internal and external accounts payable queries
    • Assist with end of month tasks including accruals and prepayments
    • End of month reconciliation and reporting
    • Liase with suppliers and business stakeholders
    • Assist/process Concur administration and expense management
    • Assist/process credit card administration, reconciliation and reporting
    • Ensures the review and maintenance of accounts payable procedures
    • Various Adhoc tasks and projects within the scope of the role.

What skills will you bring:

    • Intermediate computer skills including Word, Outlook and Excel. 
    • Experience of using a recognised accounting system e.g. NetSuite
    • Experience of using Concur expense management system
    • 3+ years' end to end accounts payable experience
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Ability to prioritise and organise work
    • Ability to work with minimal supervision
    • Motivated, pro-active with a 'can-do' attitude.
