Our marketing team is seeking a full-time Demand Generation Lead to help us increase awareness among businesses and professional developers, nurture leads, and generate marketing-source opportunities for sales. As a Demand Generation Lead, you will work closely with the Head of Marketing, VP of Sales, and Office of the CEO to lead marketing growth and optimize our marketing funnel from acquisition to conversion to retention. While you’ll be responsible for leading programs and campaigns, this is an individual contributor role on the Marketing team. 

Successful candidates will have proven experience building demand generation programs to support a hybrid self-serve and sales-led motion. We care deeply about using data to make decisions; you should be prepared to experiment, measure results, and iterate quickly. 

What you'll do:

    • Lead our growth strategy and roadmap to successfully generate qualified pipeline for our growing sales team and exceed self-service signup goals 
    • Guide all lead generation efforts, including field marketing and ABM programs
    • Own our self-serve signup flow, including new user onboarding emails and lifecycle marketing efforts 
    • Manage developer-centric performance marketing programs on LinkedIn, Google Ads, Reddit, and other platforms
    • Propose and run tests across the marketing funnel to improve performance against goals 
    • Provide input into our revenue model based on data and campaign performance 
    • Optimize other user acquisition channels including SEO and email marketing

What you bring:

    • 4+ years of hands on experience and a track record of effectively driving sales leads and signups among a technical audience 
    • Experience creating growth models and marketing dashboards to track progress
    • Experience marketing a product to a technical audience 
    • In-depth knowledge of the business intelligence, embedded analytics, or data visualization landscape
    • Ability to clearly advocate for your ideas and recommendations  
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the desire to share technical knowledge and information with others
    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical/work experience
