Advocate for Bangalore office, managing strategic stakeholders such as the leaders, real estate and facilities, local IT, local security. Ensuring effective business relationships to anticipate and manage issues and escalations.
Provide guidance on Office strategy in partnership with HR Lead. Support HR team with local programmes ex; New Hires, Employee Resource Groups & D&I.
Lead and drive the office initiatives and project to improve employee experience, curate the Observe Culture and transformation.
Ensure effective business operations for the team including facilities and office space management, business support operations, compliance and adherence to local regulations & standards, insurance, and health & safety.
Drive office identity to create visual impact, local culture, recognition and a sense of belonging.
Support with all office/admin invoices tracking and monitoring, managing pantry, transport and company accommodation. Working with vendors to help accommodate local and international travel.
7 to 8 years of experience in an Admin & Facilities role.
Demonstrated experience in/understanding of office and location management.
Demonstrated business acumen, being able to understand how site management links to key business objectives.
Demonstrated skills in delivering success, proactively thinking ahead and solving for potential problems, and ensuring resolution of current issues/complaints effectively.
Ability to create effective relationships, listen, communicate, influence, and collaborate cross-team at all organizational levels.
Relevant Bachelor’s degree or experience commensurate with job expectations for this position is required.
Should be fluent in Kannada.
Aware of local govt policies and processes.
