The Marketing Manager role strategically connects our Marketing, Sales, and Practice teams. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Marketing, this role requires frequent collaboration with these teams, creating alignment and driving coordinated go-to-market activities.
 
We are seeking a dynamic and creative individual to primarily support our cybersecurity service areas. The ideal candidate will not only possess a foundational understanding of cybersecurity but also be able to quickly grasp new technical and business concepts and translate them into lead-generation campaigns that drive growth aimed at meeting the problems our clients are trying to solve.

What you'll do

    • Plan, organize and execute lead generation programs that attract new prospects and advance existing sales opportunities within specific markets and/or targeted accounts.
    • Plan, build, and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, consisting of multi-touch, multi-dimensional activities, including in-person, inbound and outbound tactics. You will:
    • Work with subject matter experts and Marketing teammates to create collateral, conversion assets, presentations, playbooks, email content, etc. to support campaigns.
    • Lead Online’s event program both virtual and in-person, to drive new leads and nurture existing opportunities through the pipeline. 
    • Leverage account-based data and technology to identify, attract, engage, convert, and grow Online's account base.
    • Develop supporting digital promotion and advertising messaging, including creative design elements.
    • Work with our LDR to create programs to nurture existing leads. 
    • Act as a liaison between marketing, sales, and practice teams to develop strategic tactics to expand Online's presence in specific accounts. 
    • Track and report on lead funnel across all campaigns including lead generation efficacy and lead progression.
    • Manage marketing budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources.

What we'd like

    • A minimum of 5 years experience in a high-tech B2B demand generation, ABM, or field marketing role with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
    • Experience in cybersecurity.
    • Post-secondary degree in Marketing, Business, or comparable education/experience.
    • Experience managing integrated marketing campaigns using tactics that include live events, webinars, web, inbound and outbound techniques.
    • Superior writing skills and the ability to develop original materials that are clear and concise and make an impact.
    • Knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC and other digital marketing techniques.
    • Familiarity with HubSpot and Salesforce is an asset.
    • Proficiency with Adobe design tools, Canva, and other marketing tools/software. Strong leadership and project management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
    • Flexibility to work outside regular business hours at times to achieve a deadline.
    • Able to travel within Canada and the USA, as required.
