Ocrolus is seeking a People Operations Manager who is looking for an opportunity to be a partner to the Ocrolus leadership team and work with everyone in the company to reach our big growth goals. We're looking for someone to manage a small team, help run the day-to-day, and also own company-wide strategic initiatives. You must have an entrepreneurial spirit with the strength and heart to be a leader of leaders.

Responsibilities:

    • What will they own or how will they contribute? Day-to-day running of all things people, assisting managers with performance and employee relations conversations, owning projects to improve everything from onboarding to onboarding and everything in between, pulling and looking at data to drive action, be a support to employees
    • What will a successful hire achieve in their first year? Gain enough knowledge and trust to independently own and implement company-wide initiatives with some feedback from VP of People. Own all things people-related manager-level and below
