The Company transforms e-statements, scans, and cell phone images, regardless of quality, into 99+% accurate digital data. By replacing tedious, imperfect human audits with sharp, AI-driven analyses, Ocrolus modernizes financial assessments in lending and a variety of other industries.
Ocrolus is seeking a passionate and proven Sales leader to scale the company in existing verticals and make entrance into new ones. On the heels of its Series B raise, Ocrolus needs an experienced leader to aggressively build out the sales organization.
- Overseeing sales, account management, marketing and customer success
- Creating a data-driven foundation for sales management
- Hiring and training all Business Development staff
- Regularly coaching team
- Designing and implementing compensation plans
- Creating board-level sales reports
- Working closely with the CEO and COO
- Forecasting and achieving consistent revenue and pipeline growth
- At least ten years of experience in Business Development
- At least four years of experience at a VP-level or higher
- Proficiency in sales KPI's
- Strong, demonstrable performance in previous roles
- Proven ability to attract and onboard top talent
- Outstanding communication skills

- Experience in Fintech
