The Company transforms e-statements, scans, and cell phone images, regardless of quality, into 99+% accurate digital data. By replacing tedious, imperfect human audits with sharp, AI-driven analyses, Ocrolus modernizes financial assessments in lending and a variety of other industries.



Ocrolus is seeking a passionate and proven Sales leader to scale the company in existing verticals and make entrance into new ones. On the heels of its Series B raise, Ocrolus needs an experienced leader to aggressively build out the sales organization.


Responsibilities

    • Overseeing sales, account management, marketing and customer success
    • Creating a data-driven foundation for sales management
    • Hiring and training all Business Development staff
    • Regularly coaching team
    • Designing and implementing compensation plans
    • Creating board-level sales reports
    • Working closely with the CEO and COO
    • Forecasting and achieving consistent revenue and pipeline growth

Requirements

    • At least ten years of experience in Business Development
    • At least four years of experience at a VP-level or higher
    • Proficiency in sales KPI's
    • Strong, demonstrable performance in previous roles
    • Proven ability to attract and onboard top talent
    • Outstanding communication skills
    • Positive motivator
