  • Are you comfortable taking on tasks across all levels of technical support, from 1st line troubleshooting to 2nd and 3rd line issues involving more complex problem-solving?
  • Can you describe a recent project where you successfully automated a repetitive task using scripting or APIs? What challenges did you face, and how did you overcome them?
  • Describe your experience in managing and troubleshooting Identity & Access Management (IAM) systems such as Okta or Microsoft Entra. Have you worked with SSO technologies like OAuth, OIDC, or SAML? If so, how did you implement and resolve issues with them?
