If you're passionate about leading a team and driving excellence in Inventory Control and Quality Assurance (ICQA) and being a key systems support, we want you leading our team!

As the ICQA Team Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our inventory management and quality assurance processes.

This role will be based at our awesome new warehouse in Sheffield!

What you'll do

Oversee the end-to-end inventory control process
Manage and maintain inventory management and quality assurance systems, including softwareand hardwareImplement and maintain quality assurance protocols and standards
Analyse data and provide insights to optimise inventory and quality operations
Coach, mentor, and develop team members to maximise their potential
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance ICQA processes and team dynamics
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align operations with company goals.
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with technical support for resolutions.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards
