We’re looking for incredible talent to join our evolving team with roles across the whole of Community Management.
We look after customers that have reached out to us via Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Tik Tok, You Tube, Blue Sky.... and delivering exceptional customer service with each interaction. We take on new challenges and come across some complex issues to get our teeth stuck in to. The customer is always at the forefront of what we do in Community Management and we always strive for quality.
Have you been in Octopus for 9 months or more?
Do you pride yourself on being a high performer with 5* customer service?
Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment?
Do your detective skills rival those of Sherlock Holmes?
Are you experienced in Smets or Smart Product (or both!)?
We are a remote team and our operating hours are Monday-Sunday 8am-10pm including bank holidays. We work 37.5 hours a week over a 6 week rolling rota with a mix of shifts: 8-4pm, 11-7pm & 2-10pm.
