We are looking for an Operations Analyst to join our London-based Projects team. Behind the scenes, we are the driving force that allows our Ops team to scale efficiently, doing more, with less. We enable our Customer Operations Specialists to create the best possible experience for our customers.
This role is at the core of our operations and will focus on identifying and implementing improvements to our existing processes, building entirely new ones, creating low-code automations, identifying future risks to our business and mitigating against them, as well as supporting our daily operations.
We move fast but in control at Octopus EV, so your input will help shape the future of how we interact with our customers and each other.
As this is a junior position into the Projects team, there will be a chance to put your own spin on the way we do things, with plenty of opportunities to grow on the job. Over time you can also support us in shaping the team as the business grows.
What you'll do...
- Work closely with our Dealer and Vehicle Operations teams to build efficiencies to support day to day functions
- Plan, manage and see projects to completion
- Present data with suggested solutions to management
- Identify and implement scalable processes
- Proactively spot opportunities for applications of your work in other areas of the business
What you'll need...
- Good project management skills is essential
- Low-appetite for risk and a keen eye for spotting potential risks
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Enjoy working independently and as part of a close knit team
- To be an extreme starter-finisher - you leave no loose ends in your path
- At ease working across multiple disciplines
- Experience and evidence of influencing senior stakeholders
- Comfortable with numbers and data
- Knowledge of SQL and Python desirable
- Adaptability and flexibility when it comes to changes in a rapidly scaling business
