The Tech Zero Jobs that Matter Hub, in support of the King’s Trust UK, connects young people to jobs that drive the transition to net zero, and climate-committed companies to the talent they need.
To transition to net zero as quickly as possible, and to create a truly sustainable world, it’s crucial that young people have the skills needed and access to the jobs that will get us there.
When you explain how solar works, you’ll light ‘em up. We’re on a mission to drive the global renewable energy revolution, and we need loads more people to help us brighten the world with our reality. We’re spearheading the transition through the installation of in-home technologies; from Smart Meters and EV Chargers to low carbon heating.
Our smart energy and low carbon heating solutions mean our customers can enjoy clean, green and cosy homes. As a customer support specialist, you’ll be responsible for supporting customers once the sale of Solar Panels or Air Source Heat Pumps have closed. All our customers are passionate and excited for their green energy technology, so it’s your job to keep that excitement up.

What you'll do
- Supporting the post-sales process by being the go-to-person for your customers, generating handover documents, booking installations, and loads more
- Collaborate with survey and installation teams and third party suppliers to make the Solarand Air Source Heat Pumpmagic happen
- Staying on top of all admin to ensure a smooth, enjoyable experience for our customers
- Become an expert in our tech with real ownership in the navigation of the installation journey and all its excitement
- Be a real advocate for the technology that we are excited to launch across the UK and beyond!
What you'll need
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage your own time and workload effectively
- A love of dynamic and active office environments, being able to adjust to change and keep up with a fast moving business
- Exceptional communication, ensuring customers feel good about each and every conversation and are excited during their installation
- A solution focused approach and positive outlook
- Empathy and understanding to help make the right decisions when it comes to customer experience
- A love of taking on new tasks and challenges to develop and grow within your role
