Octopus Deploy sets the standard for Continuous Delivery, empowering software teams to deliver value in an agile way. Over 4,000 organizations globally –  including Ubisoft, ASOS, Xero, Stack Overflow, NASA, and Disney – rely on our Continuous Delivery, GitOps, and release orchestration solutions.

Founded in Australia in 2012, our team of over 270 Octonauts now spans the globe. We combine high growth and big ambitions with a sustainable, balanced working environment. Our revenue has grown consistently between 30–50% every year for the past 8 years, and we’ve been profitable for 10 out of the past 11 years. In 2024, Octopus Deploy acquired Argo maintainers, Codefresh, the leaders in enterprise GitOps. Octopus now provides the industry's most comprehensive Continuous Delivery solution for organizations operating at scale.

We’ve been remote-first since 2015 and work with an uncommon level of transparency. You can read our public handbook to learn how we work. We have a transparent approach to compensation that ensures people doing the same work with the same skill get paid the same, with well-defined career pathways. We foster a supportive, collaborative, and high-trust environment. We leave our job titles at the door and focus on doing what’s best for our customers and team. Our leaders never shy away from answering the tough questions at our all-hands calls or in 1:1s. We conduct interviews and onboarding virtually as part of being a remote-first company.

As Codefresh expands its GitOps Cloud platform, we’re committed to helping every user succeed from day one. Whether they arrive through a self-service flow or a sales-led path, our goal is to make onboarding seamless, intuitive, and value-driven, enabling our users and turning early product moments into long-term adoption. We are hiring a Senior Product Manager to lead our growth and enablement initiatives. This role is central to shaping the way users learn, activate, and realize the value of the GitOps Cloud product.

Why This Role Is So Exciting :)

    • You'll own one of the most critical areas of our product: the first-touch experience that sets the tone for how users adopt and thrive with GitOps Cloud.
    • You'll lead our onboarding and enablement strategy—from the moment users sign up, through setup, in-product education, and supporting documentation.
    • You'll work closely with Product, Design, Engineering, Marketing, and external partners to craft a seamless and impactful user journey.
    • You'll have a direct hand in driving product-led growth in a developer-first, B2B SaaS environment.
    • You'll join a team that values strong product thinking and gives you the autonomy to shape your role and make a real impact.

Here is What you’ll do:

    • Build a deep understanding of how users signup, setup, and begin using Codefresh GitOps Cloud.
    • Own and evolve the onboarding experience to improve activation, time-to-value, and product comprehension.
    • Lead the user learning experience, including documentation.
    • Identify friction points through data, research, and user feedback—and run experiments to resolve them.
    • Define, instrument, and monitor funnel metrics that reflect onboarding health, activation rates, and user value realization.
    • Collaborate closely with Design and Engineering to improve in-product education and guidance.
    • Leverage tools (including AI) to scale onboarding and enablement efforts in efficient and innovative ways.
    • Work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure onboarding and learning experiences are aligned with the broader customer lifecycle.

What Will Make You A Great Fit ?

    • You bring 5+ years of experience in product management, with a track record of driving impact.
    • You’ve led complex, technical B2B products and know how to navigate the challenges of building for sophisticated users.
    • You’ve owned growth-oriented initiatives—like onboarding or activation—that directly improved conversion, retention, or engagement.
    • You're passionate about helping users succeed, and strive to reduce time-to-value through seamless, thoughtful product experiences.
    • You’re data-driven and experimental, using insights to inform your decisions and uncover new opportunities.
    • You work collaboratively across teams, aligning stakeholders and pushing execution forward with clarity and purpose.
    • You bring creativity, empathy, and simplicity to how users learn and interact with complex tools.
    • And you’re hands-on—constantly exploring, testing, and using the product yourself to build user empathy and identify areas for improvement.

It’s a Plus If You Also...

    • Have led or contributed to the creation of documentation and enablement content, working closely with internal teams or external contributors to deliver polished, user-friendly resources.
    • Have worked on developer-facing products, and bring a genuine understanding of DevOps workflows and CI/CD practices.
    • Are familiar with cloud-native tooling or Kubernetes, and comfortable operating within that ecosystem.
    • Have explored or implemented AI or automation solutions to enhance onboarding, education, or overall user experience.
