We know that Retention makes or breaks a company. Companies which do not manage to retain their customers in the long run tend to end up having unsustainable growth. As a growth manager, you will be part of the Retention team in the Growth Area where you are trusted with the mission of improving Engagement, Retention and Resurrection through our CRM channels and product features. Every Growth team is cross-functional and autonomous; you will be working with growth professionals, software engineers, UX designers, data analysts and content producers to define strategy and solve problems. 

What you’ll do as CRM Manager 🤸🏽

    • By understanding customer behaviour and working with data analyses and user research, you are expected to use insights from each market to identify and prioritise opportunities for growth
    • Work with Growth Lead to design, execute and optimise our retention strategy, through automated and tactical cross-channel campaigns (email, push notifications, in-app messaging and SMS) and product initiatives
    • Build out lifecycle communication flows in Iterable and optimize for higher conversion rates through continuous A/B testing
    • Implement best practices and workflows, and work with local market stakeholders to adopt them
    • Enablement of stakeholders to self-serve in Iterable where possible with the help of playbooks and training (e.g. analytics, simple campaigns, A/B testing of creatives)

    • Approach problem-solving with a growth mindset and are familiar with growth methodologies, like AARRR framework, experimentation, growth loops and incrementality testing
    • Have a deep understanding of customer segmentation methodologies and hands-on experience in implementing them
    • Are results-oriented, love data and are great at communication and cross-team collaboration
    • Possess strong analytical skills, love identifying insights and opportunities from data and research
    • Have proven expertise in driving improvements to growth KPIs, specifically on Retention, Engagement and Resurrection metrics
    • Are passionate about personal growth and being part of a team that can shape the culture in the Growth Area
    • Have the ability to put agile principles into practice; think of solutions in terms of building MVPs and quick iterations through build-test-measure-learn cycles

The following will probably be helpful 💡

    • 3+ years of experience working in Growth / Lifecycle marketing; experience in food tech is a plus
    • Used marketing automation tools like Iterable or Braze
    • Proficient with BI tools like Amplitude, Looker or Tableau
    • Knowing the in’s and out’s of experimentation, especially A/B testing
    • Higher education within marketing, business management or equivalent
    • Fluency in English; Norwegian or Finnish is a plus
