Your Role:
We are seeking a driven Director, Financial Reportin to play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of our financial reporting. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire consolidation process, from monthly production (management reporting) to annual IFRS reporting and help to manage our subsidiaries’ administration (especially in the APAC region). This role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of complex accounting issues, including share-based compensation, provision for retirement benefits, and transfer pricing.
You Responsibilities will include:
- Consolidation : Leading and managing the monthly consolidation close process with the accounting and FP&A teams, ensuring timely, accurate, and complete financial statements. Preparing and consolidating annual financial statements in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). Managing and overseeing the accounting for share-based compensation. Preparing and analyzing provisions for retirement benefits.Reconciling inter-company transactions and eliminations, preparing the Currency Translation Adjustment reconciliation.
- Subsidiaries administration : Overseeing several subsidiaries’ administration including statutory local requirements (tax and accounting filings). Building processes to ensure respect of local administrative obligations and execute it.
- Tax : Preparing the Group Transfer Pricing transactions (quarterly / annual) including the preparation and booking of the quarterly invoices. Participating in group tax calculations and reporting. Ensuring the production of the Group Transfer Pricing diagnostic and maintain the Group Transfer Pricing Agreements up-to-date.
- Other : Staying up-to-date on accounting and regulatory changes. Working with auditors and external accountants (outside of France) to prepare the Yearly Financial Statements and audit required documentations. Performing other ad-hoc accounting projects as needed.
You will bring:
- Masters degree in Finance or other relevant field.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in a finance position and good understanding of the IFRS.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in accounting software and financial modeling tools.
- Experience in audit of software companies and audit of consolidated financial statements
- Experience with tax consolidation and transfer pricing.
- Experience with Netsuite.
- Experience working in a multinational environment within a SMB.
