Your Role:
At Odaseva, we are looking for a Sales Operations Manager to join the Business
Operations team and drive operational sales efficiencies across AMER. You will
work directly with Business Stream Leaders (Marketing, Sales, Alliances, Customer
Success) to help shape go-to-market strategies, generate data driven insights in
Salesforce, and ensure we have the processes, tools, documentation and training
in place to support our accelerated global expansion.
The Sales Operations Manager is a full time role reporting to our Sales Operations
Director based in San Francisco.
Your Responsibilities:
- Driving CRM data hygiene to support accurate reporting and decision-making.
- Using and communicating with the Business about Salesforce and its supporting technology tools. The objective is to gain the ability to run reports, manipulate data, and effectively communicate on Odaseva's business processes and product.
- Being the-go-to person for operational tasks within the American Sales organization such as Deal Support, Salesforce Management, Sales Tech Stack Support, etc.
- Supporting onboarding and ongoing enablement of sales organization around tooling and processes.
- Building required reports and dashboards to monitor activity and analyze and report data to key stakeholders.
- Assisting with the implementation and maintenance of key sales productivity tools used by the organization.
- Guarantee the integrity of the Order processing in the CRM.
- Coordinate with GTM Teams, Finance and Legal to ensure all processes are respected and all documents have been provided for proper ARR recognition and Billing processing.
- Assisting with the review and control of financial data in CRM being used in commission plans calculation and financial reporting.
- Managing different and various projects across multiple departments to help improve internal sales processes in relationship with Business Operations VP.
- Improving our documentation on key processes in relationship with the Business Operations team.
You Will Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any other relevant field
- 5+ years of experience working in either a Sales Operations, Consulting, Finance, Business Operations or other analytical/strategic focused role
- Experience working for a global multicultural company in a fast-paced environment, preferably in the SaaS space
- Experience with Salesforce and Sales Productivity tools (Gong, Outreach, Zoominfo) highly preferred
- Proficiency with Excel (Pivot tables, VLookups, etc.) and analytically minded
- Full professional proficiency in English

Compensation:
The compensation range will be determined as reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role.
