We are looking for a highly collaborative Field Marketing Manager to lead our region-specific B2B, data-driven marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a blend of strategic and execution-focused, and will work closely with sales and customer success teams in the region to drive growth in the EMEA market.

Your responsibilities will include :

    • Developing a comprehensive marketing plan for the EMEA market, in alignment with the global company strategy and marketing objectives.
    • Collaborating with both local and global teams to ensure alignment on marketing initiatives
    • Creating and executing brand-building initiatives across EMEA, ensuring a consistent brand message that resonates with target audiences
    • Planning and executing a mix of online and offline channels, including webinars, Odaseva events, industry events, and digital, in order to maximize brand exposure
    • Working closely with the regional teams to roll out integrated campaigns for the market including in person events, email marketing, webinars, ads, ABM programs, etc.
    • Understanding market positioning and inform marketing strategies that highlight our unique value proposition in region
    • Adapting the global marketing strategies and build strategic territory plans with the regional sales priorities and targets.
    • Working with industry experts, media and influencers in the region to educate them on Odaseva.
    • Reporting on and measuring all regional marketing activities on key demand KPIs, pipeline generation and identify key challenges and priorities

You will bring :

    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
    • 12+ years of relevant experience. 
    • Proven experience in field marketing.
    • Proficiency in with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
    • Fluency in English and French.
