When you join Odaseva, you’ll work alongside some of the most accomplished people in the Salesforce ecosystem.

We are looking for a Technical Recruiter with full-cycle recruiting experience, from talent sourcing and attracting top candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees.

Your responsibilities will include:

    • Working and forming relationships with internal management teams to know the ins and outs of their departments and better understand their hiring needs and job specifications
    • Drafting and publishing job postings on platforms, such as social media and niche job boards
    • Implementing overall technical recruiting strategy
    • Sourcing and recruiting candidates by using niche databases, social media etc
    • Screening technical candidates resumes and job applications
    • Conducting interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
    • Assessing applicants’ relevant knowledge, hard skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
    • Onboarding new employees in order to become fully integrated
    • Monitoring and applying HR recruiting best practices
    • Providing analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
    • Acting as a point of contact and building influential candidate relationships during the selection process
    • Promoting company’s reputation as “best place to work”
    • Fluency in both French and English

You will bring:

    • BS/MS in Human Resources Management or Business Administration
    • 2+ years’ experience as a Technical Recruiter
    • Ability to understand and explain job requirements for Engineering roles
    • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills
    • Familiarity with job boards, and HR software, databases, and management systems
    • Proven experience conducting various types of interviews (i.e., phone, video, etc.)
    • Desire to grow professionally with networking and ongoing training opportunities
