Your Role
Odaseva is looking for a Public Sector Account Executive to promote Odaseva to the US Public Sector by identifying and closing new customers, whilst growing existing customers across US Federal and SLED in the US Public Sector market.


Your responsibilities will include:

    • Sales Strategy and Execution : Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the US Public Sector market to include US Federal and SLED. Drive the achievement of revenue targets, customer acquisition, and market expansion.
    • Alliance and Partner Management : Manage and cultivate strategic relationships with key US Public Sector partners to include distribution, resellers and system integrators ensuring effective distribution, market coverage and inclusion in government contract vehicles.
    • Contract Vehicles and Pricing : Possess deep knowledge of US government related contract vehicles, such as GSA schedules, SEWP, NASPO etc.
    • Market Knowledge : Stay abreast of industry trends, US Public Sector-specific policies, and procurement processes.
    • Internal Coordination : Work closely with product management, sales engineering, expert services, security, marketing and legal to drive growth in the US Public Sector and provide a seamless implementation experience for customers. 

You will bring:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field. MBA preferred.
    • 12+ years experience selling SaaS to US Public Sector companies
    • 5+ years of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem, working on complex sales cycles, applying structured value-selling methodology.
    • Proven track record of success in the US Public Sector market, with a strong understanding of procurement processes and compliance requirements.
    • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and solutions to diverse stakeholders.
    • Strong network of relationships within the US Public Sector partner ecosystem and Salesforce ecosystem.
    • Track record of consistently exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
    • Extensive knowledge of FedRAMP & U.S. Government Authorization to Operate (ATO) processes
    • US Citizenship required
