The Role
As our Head of HR, you will be responsible for:
Elevate and strategically scale our HR infrastructure: Enhance, streamline, and design HR processes, policies, and systems to advance our capabilities and effectively support rapid company growth. ποΈ
Developing HR strategy: Partner with executive leadership to align HR initiatives with overall business goals, ensuring HR acts as a strategic partner. π―
Driving operational excellence: Implement automation and efficient workflows across all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, compensation, and performance management. π€
Enhancing employee experience: Create and maintain a positive and engaging work environment that attracts, retains, and develops top talent. π€
Ensuring compliance and best practices: Stay updated on employment laws and HR trends across various regions to ensure full compliance and strategic advantage. β
Leading and mentoring the HR team: Manage and develop HR team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and best practices. π§βπ€βπ§
About You
πΌ Proven Experience:
7+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, with a proven track record of building HR from scratch and scaling operations from early-stage startups to mature organizations, ideally within the tech sector. π
Significant experience managing HR across multiple office locations (e.g., Prague, Dubai, Lima) and globally distributed teams, effectively handling remote employees across various time zones. π
Proven ability to lead and develop an HR team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulatory compliance.
Based in Prague or willing to come to Prague on a regular basis.
