The Role
We're seeking an ambitious and experienced Head of Sales to join our team and drive the expansion of our business. This is a crucial leadership role for someone with a proven background in B2B SaaS sales management. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can develop and execute a long-term sales strategy, motivate a high-performing sales team, and serve as a key partner to our top management in strategic decision-making.


Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain the sales organization structure for a new business vertical.
Develop and implement a comprehensive sales framework, including lead generation, sales narratives, pipeline management, cross-selling, and upselling.
Lead, mentor, and develop the sales team to achieve company targets.
Act as the primary advocate for our partners' needs and feedback with internal teams.
Drive revenue by meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Work with industry partners to strengthen our position as a thought leader.
Oversee contract negotiations and accelerate customer adoption.
Build and maintain long-term strategic relationships with key accounts.
Collaborate with product and trading teams to improve existing offerings and develop new solutions based on market demand.
Identify and pursue new business synergies within the broader industry ecosystem.


What You'll Bring
Hands-on experience building and scaling a high-growth SaaS sales organization (including process development, budgeting, and compensation).
At least 3 years of experience leading a sales team with a proven track record of success.
Direct field experience in B2B SaaS sales.
A proactive and self-motivated approach, with the ability to take ownership and make difficult decisions.
Excellent communication skills, with a focus on building long-term relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
The ability to effectively coordinate between sales, marketing, product, and other departments.
An independent and valuable perspective, combined with strong listening skills.
Fluency in English.
