With a team of 250+ people 🌍 based in the Czech Republic and other locations, Oddin.gg is growing at a superfast pace. 

Define, own, and evolve the visual identity across all of Oddin.gg’s brands

Act as the creative gatekeeper: review, approve, and elevate work from internal designers and agency partners

Build scalable systems — templates, guidelines, asset libraries — that ensure consistency without stifling creativity

Maintain a high bar for creative excellence and brand cohesion across every touchpoint

Partner closely with Brand Marketing to bring campaigns and messaging to life in a visually compelling way

You’re a seasoned brand leader with experience across multiple industries or high-growth environments

You combine strong visual taste with the ability to think in systems

You’ve led creative teams or agencies and know how to give feedback that moves work forward

You’re hands-on when needed, but know when to step back and direct

You care about consistency, but you also know when to break the rules

You’re fluent in Figma, Adobe Suite, Affinity Suite and probably have a few tricks up your sleeve

You have senior-level experience, typically 7+ years in brand design or creative direction — but we care more about what you’ve done than how long you’ve done it
