We are excitedly seeking a Producer to work with us on our social shows team! The social shows production team plans, develops and produces original video series, which are then syndicated across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and other video-friendly platforms. Upon joining the team, you will be responsible for leading production efforts on a series of exciting current and planned upcoming programming. This is an Atlanta-based, remote-friendly position.

An ideal candidate is someone who is equal parts organizer and creative, who can work with little oversight and turn out great creative products at a fast pace. We need someone who is not afraid to ask questions, is willing to roll with changing deadlines and workflows, and thrives in a startup environment. This is an Atlanta-based, remote-friendly position.

Who You Are

    • A digital video native who has experience creating engaging, funny, and shareable videos for social media savvy audiences.
    • Proficient in the pacing and visual styles prevalent on Snapchat, YouTube, TikTok, and emerging social platforms as they appear, specifically in the video medium.
    • Excited about the challenge of getting to define new styles and content looks for emerging and existing social platforms.
    • Proficient in managing multiple projects at once and creating a high volume of content on a rolling basis.
    • An excellent communicator with a creative eye.
    • Someone who has an interest in the future of content online, specifically as it relates to web 3.0 

Required Qualifications

    • Recent Graduate and/or prior entry-level production experience at either a studio or major media company.
    • Tangible experience in Project Management.
    • Multitasker who can manage a variety of pipelines.
    • Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Premier.
    • Has a strong sense of timing and is able to give constructive feedback to editors and filming teams.
    • Has an acute awareness of Gen Z and meme culture.
    • Any and all camera experience is a huge plus.

What You'll Be Doing

    • Assist with the creation of new social-first content for a variety of new platforms and channels under the guidance of the Senior Production Manager and a team of Producers.
    • Coordinate cross-functionally with a team of internal editors and a network of freelance editors.
    • Identify talent and work with Producers and Leadership to develop best practices licensing their content for launching new properties.
    • Work closely with editors and give creative input while managing the entirety of the post-production process.
    • Manage projects from ideation all the way to execution and posting in collaboration with Producers and Senior Creative team members.
