About the role:
This exciting opportunity is for someone to aid in Ogury's continued growth and expansion of our programmatic business within our South East Asia market, across Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Thailand and Vietnam.

As the Programmatic Director (SEA) you will work with leading advertisers, agencies and DSPs to maximize the revenue opportunity across the region, and act as a market expert for Ogury.

This Programmatic Director will play an integral part to Ogury’s global programmatic offering, where you will work with the global team to identify new opportunities for growth and be an advocate and educator for external and internal partners. In this role you will contribute to building our programmatic offering, executing the Ogury's go-to-market strategy, identifying business opportunities and collaborating effectively with our regional programmatic specialists.

This role will report directly to our Regional Managing Director APAC - with a dotted line to the VP of Programmatic EMEA & APAC and together you will drive programmatic strategy and secure local revenues.

This is a hybrid role based in our Singapore office and we look forward to welcoming you onsite 2-3 (or more if you like) days per week. This role also requires frequent travel throughout the region.

What you will be doing:

    • Owning and driving net new business growth across agencies, client direct, and DSPs across South East Asia
    • Responsible for maximizing immediate programmatic revenues in partnership with the sales team across South East Asia
    • Nurturing existing partnerships with DSPs by unlocking co-selling opportunities with our agency & client direct partners
    • Support the South East Asia team in the rollout of the Ogury’s programmatic strategy; Ensure that all programmatic campaign issues get resolved as soon as possible with the help of Ad Ops, Tech Ops, Client Success, etc. Be on top of things
    • Develop sales initiatives and package offerings to meet market expectations
    • Drive regional training roll out initiatives and transform the organization to think and breathe programmatic first
    • Leverage industry relationships to open new doors for the company
    • Maintain a healthy pipeline & forecast in South East Asia

What you will bring to this role and Ogury:

    • Demonstrated sales experience - you are an expert of your domain!
    • Proven experience winning in programmatic ad sales, and structuring and facilitating enterprise-wide deals worth 6 figures plus
    • Well established relationships and network with senior level contacts - including C-level - at brands and agencies (especially in Singapore, Indonesia & Malaysia!); A strong network within the main DSPs is a bonus!
    • Prior experience creating agreements and partnerships with agencies
    • A high degree of creativity with a solutions-oriented mindset and approach
    • You are an educator and business consultant – connecting with clients to maximize their potential and relationship
    • Ability to foster exceptional internal relationships across all team members - we're a culture-first business!
S$10,000 - S$16,000 a month
The salary for the Programmatic Director role is: $10,000 - $16,000 SGD per month, in addition to annual variable compensation, dependent upon relevant experience and location.
