About the Role
Ogury is on the lookout for a Customer Success Executive to join our Customer Success team. This opportunity is ideal for someone eager to gain exposure to the fast-paced world of digital advertising while supporting campaign execution and client engagement across the APAC region, with a focus on Singapore-based clients.
In this role, you’ll partner closely with our Sales and Ad Operations teams to coordinate and support end-to-end campaign delivery. From launch to reporting, you’ll play a key part in ensuring our clients receive top-tier service and campaign performance.
We’re looking for someone who’s proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about client satisfaction. Whether you’re early in your career or looking to transition into digital media, this is a great opportunity to build hands-on experience in a dynamic and international environment.
This role reports into the Director of Customer Success and is offered on a hybrid basis, with team members encouraged to work from our Singapore office at least two days per week. This is a 3-4 month contract role, perfect for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

What you will be doing
- Support the end-to-end management of digital advertising campaigns, from setup and monitoring to post-campaign analysis—ensuring timely, high-quality delivery.
- Respond to client queries and assist with basic troubleshooting, maintaining a service-first mindset to ensure smooth campaign execution.
- Serve as a reliable point of contact for clients, providing consistent communication and ensuring expectations are met.
- Assist in preparing performance reports and actionable insights using Ogury’s proprietary tools—contributing to meaningful data storytelling.
- Learn to understand diverse client objectives, KPIs, and industry contexts, contributing to strategic recommendations alongside senior team members.
- Collaborate with internal teams across Sales, AdOps, and Customer Success to ensure seamless campaign delivery with strong attention to detail.
- Support retention and growth initiatives within the APAC region, particularly in Singapore, by identifying areas of opportunity.
- Stay current with developments in digital media and programmatic advertising through ongoing learning, mentorship, and internal resources.
- Assist with general administrative and coordination tasks, such as updating client records and tracking campaign progress.
What you will bring to Ogury
- Experience in a client-facing or customer support role, ideally within advertising, marketing, or a related industry.
- A genuine interest in building expertise in digital advertising, programmatic media, and mobile technology.
- Organized and detail-oriented, with a proactive mindset and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Comfortable using tools such as Excel, Google Workspace, and PowerPoint, with a willingness to grow your technical skill set.
- A strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Curiosity about data and insights, with an eagerness to contribute to performance storytelling and reporting.
- A positive, can-do attitude and enthusiasm to learn and grow in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
S$3,000 - S$4,291 a month
In compliance with country-specific pay transparency regulations, we are committed to providing visibility into compensation for all of our teams, globally.
The salary for the Customer Success Executive (contractor) role ranges from S$3,000 - S$4291 monthly, based on relevant experience and location, in addition to monthly variable compensation.
