As a Research & Insights Associate at Ogury, you will play a pivotal role in creating engaging content and collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop new insights products. Your analytical skills will be essential for translating complex data into actionable insights, and your project management expertise will ensure successful product creation. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment, contributing to client-facing presentations, and product strategy execution.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate on creating engaging internal and external content, emphasizing industry insights and key purchase moments
    • Support the Customer Success (CS) team in improving the quality of report output, incorporating survey data and proprietary audience analysis
    • Develop compelling client-facing materials that effectively convey research findings, supporting senior team members in crafting presentations for client meetings, ensuring clarity and impact
    • Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams to perform basic and advanced statistical analysis on data
    • Assist the director and Customer Success Manager (CSM) in executing annual learning agendas with top clients
    • Create data visualizations, charts, and conduct in-depth data analysis to identify patterns, trends, and correlations
    • Execute end-to-end project activities, ensuring effective planning and implementation for successful outcomes
    • Support the development of customized solutions leveraging Ogury insights and targeting products to facilitate media agency business development

About you:

    • 1-3 years experience in the media/research/ad-tech industry
    • You possess proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, enabling you to effectively analyze data and create compelling presentations
    • Preferably, you have experience in the agency environment, particularly in strategic or data team roles, focusing on audience analysis and definition
    • Established connections within local media agencies would be highly advantageous
    • You possess a commercial mindset, adept at identifying revenue opportunities, and capable of educating clients on new revenue and performance models
    • Your communication skills are robust, allowing you to cultivate relationships, confidently present ideas, and negotiate effectively
    • You thrive in an independent role and exhibit self-motivation
