Ogury’s publisher group is looking for a Publisher Success Manager to service Ogury’s publisher partnerships within the LATAM market.
The Publisher Success Manager contributes in ensuring the success of the company and is the general manager of a defined book of business. You will ensure Ogury exceeds our Publisher’s expectations in delivering on our core value propositions: making them money and protecting their brand.
This is a great opportunity to work with some of the top publishers and make an impact in a growing team! This is a hybrid role, where you will be based in our Mexico City office, reporting directly to our Head of Publisher Success, Americas. Candidates must be open to quarterly travel to our NYC office to collaborate and work alongside the team.
What you will be doing:
- Carefully analyze the evolution of our Publishers' performance on a daily basis and provide recommendations so as to build long-term partnerships
- Managing a portfolio of top Publishers- You will provide a great service and creating opportunities to drive further revenues and partnerships with their other properties
- Provide end-to-end customer service for all client needs including regular performance reviews on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis for top tier clients
- Develop an understanding of technical aspects of our products to onboard our Publishers
- Work with partners in the supply and product teams to prevent churn on our products
- Work directly with our internal technical teams and publisher’s technical team to ensure successful implementation
What you will bring to Ogury:
- Experienced in managing publisher partnerships
- You are bilingual (English and Spanish)
- Demonstrated capacity to develop and retain customer relationships. You will be commercial and have examples of upselling and growing customer accounts
- You are able to troubleshoot problems and have a solutions based approach with your clients
- You are an excellent communicator, you’re able to communicate and collaborate with different teams, from clients to technical teams
- Experience in the Internet advertising (account set up, inventory and tag management, click reconciliation, etc) and programmatic
- You have an eagerness to work in a growing company with a entrepreneurial spirit and start-up rigor
- You love autonomy that comes with working remotely
- You are an educator and business consultant – connecting with clients to maximize their potential and relationship with Ogury
- Stellar presenter and comfort with executive-level interaction
