As our next Client Success Associate in Mexico City, you’ll be at the center of that mission. This is a hybrid role based in our Mexico City office, reporting to the Director, Customer Success. We encourage team members to connect in-person 2 days per week to collaborate, share ideas, and strengthen our culture.

What you will be doing

    • Own client relationships: Be the trusted advisor for your agency patch, building strong partnerships and serving as the first point of contact for campaigns and strategy.
    • Manage campaigns end-to-end: Lead the full lifecycle—from campaign setup, activation, and optimizations, through to post-campaign analysis and presentations.
    • Drive strategy and insights: Understand client objectives and KPIs, develop creative recommendations, and leverage Ogury’s proprietary insights to tell compelling stories.
    • Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner with Sales, AdOps, and other internal teams to ensure seamless campaign delivery and the highest level of service.
    • Identify growth opportunities: Spot upsell and cross-sell potential, working with Sales to increase account retention and incremental revenue.
    • Champion industry expertise: Stay ahead of trends in mobile, programmatic, and digital advertising, sharing knowledge to elevate conversations with clients.
    • Represent Ogury externally: Attend industry events, participate in client entertainment, and position yourself (and Ogury) as a thought leader.
    • Solve problems with agility: Proactively identify risks in campaign briefs and execution, mitigating issues with creative solutions that protect client outcomes.

What you will bring to Ogury

    • Client-facing experience in digital advertising, media, or technology; programmatic or mobile background a plus.
    • A strong analytical mindset, comfortable working with data, identifying key trends, and turning insights into actionable recommendations.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills— you can confidently advise clients, simplify complexity, and tell compelling stories.
    • Strong organization and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
    • A proactive, ownership-driven attitude— you anticipate needs, solve problems quickly, and don’t wait for someone else to act.
    • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, MS Office, and Google Suite to create reports, analyses, and presentations.
    • A collaborative mindset and genuine hunger to grow your career in the advertising industry.
