You are responsible for all daily tasks around the campaigns our clients run with us. You are the referral of the client’s satisfaction, you develop trustful relationships with your clients and therefore help growing existing business. You love working and communicating with other stakeholders also internationally.
 
You will ideate and execute strategic solutions that will achieve client KPIs and objectives. Overseeing the entire process from pricing & campaign structure, to seamless launches, completed with the campaign wrap. 

Your role starts with a well worked out proposal to answer the brief you get from the Sales team. As soon as a campaign is booked - because of your brilliant proposal - you supervise and analyse the campaigns while being in touch with the client and Ad Operations team on a regular basis. You finish your campaign with the presentation to your client about the campaign performance.
We are looking for someone to participate on the scale of Ogury, keen to work with international teams.

The Manager, Customer Success is a self-motivated and driven team player who is not afraid to roll up their sleeves and get the job done. This person is comfortable in a dynamic environment and is focused on both personal and client growth to bring their markets to the next level.

What you will be doing

    • Be your clients’ advocate and liaise with Ad Operations, Insights, Publishing, Design and other internal departments to ensure campaign success during every stage of the sales cycle
    • Get involved in internal projects and processes that help your patch to grow
    • Campaign troubleshooting, in collaboration with the Ad Operations and Support teams
    • Partner with the Sales Managers to determine a client’s campaign objectives in order to craft insights-driven RFP (Request For Proposal) responses, including pricing, targeting tactics & creatives
    • Lead the communication with the clients together with Sales at all stages of the campaign lifecycle and show proactiveness in growing your patch
    • In collaboration with the Sales Managers, you’ll be responsible for growing and nurturing your portfolio by understanding the clients’ goals and needs and identifying opportunities for growth
    • Assist your patch in their mobile media strategies and provide them with insights, pre- and post-sales analyses and recommendations to help them understand their campaign performance and secure success
    • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with our direct and agency clients in the region and increase account retention
    • Ensure expertise, excellence, and consistency in all aspects of the clients’ campaigns and be a valuable consultant for their strategy
    • Identify and communicate up-, cross selling and retention opportunities for your client patch
    • Analyse client and internal data to use this information proactively in conversations
    • Participation in workshops, events and Quarterly Business Reviews with clients
    • Organise and lead post campaign meetings with our agencies and clients

About you

    • 2+ years of experience in a similar role
    • Strong appetite for advertising, digital technologies, mobile ecosystem
    • Experience in marketing and/or the advertising industry or a similar field working in customer success roles
    • You are rigorous, detail oriented, comfortable with numbers and have strong analysis abilities & relational skills
    • You always want to move forward, you are proactive in your job
    • You’re a good team player
    • You have the willingness to go the extra mile
    • You know how to deal with priorities and you keep the overview in busy situations
    • You have excellent communication, and presentation skills
    • Knowledge in programmatic is a plus
    • Experience with 3rd party reporting, ad serving, and reporting systems including MOAT, Double Verify, IAS, DCM etc. is a plus
    • Advanced MS Office skills
    • Salesforce knowledge is a plus
    • You speak German fluently and you also speak English on a business level
