Position Summary
Reporting to the RevOps Manager, the Revenue Operations Specialist will join a small team that is responsible for creating and maintaining workflow process, automations and data integrity within Okendo’s Hubspot CRM.
Tech stack: Hubspot, Intercom, Clearbit, Storeleads, Revenue Hero, Zoom meetings, Seamless, Neverbounce, Zapier, Linkedin Sales Navigator, Whimsical

How you'll create impact:
Hubspot CRM Management: Build, automate, maintain, and optimize processes within the GTM engine.
Process: Work with GTM stakeholders across partnerships, sales, sueccess, marketing and support to understand requests, recommend solutions, and implement process.
Tech Stack Management: Own tech stack troubleshooting, integration management, documentation, data cleanliness, provisioning, ticket/support management, and end-user support.
Ensure data integrity within Okendo’s CRM and regularly audit properties and objects within the system to maintain system health.
Automation Design: Collaborate on the design, build, staging and launch of marketing campaigns across channels including but not limited to email, social, paid media, landing pages, webinars and more.
Provide ongoing support to the GTM teams. For example, addressing questions within the help revops channel, list uploads to Hubspot, build requested forms, etc.
Plan and organize complex work in order to meet quality and timeline targets

What we need from you:
3-5 years of experience in any GTM role
2-5 years of experience in a RevOps role
Multi-tasking, effective communication between GTM teams and stakeholders, understanding of implications of changes made to key processes/data points

1-Month Success
Establish a relationship with all GTM team stakeholders with-which you will be regularly working
Gain an understanding of the areas of the GTM organization that you will have ownership of
Weekly 1:1s with your direct supervisor
Begin to work on smaller builds across our various GTM tools

3-Month Success
Establish a meeting cadence with your specific GTM team stakeholders
Become an owner of all processes and documentation for owned GTM areas
Weekly 1:1s with your direct supervisor
Begin to work on larger builds across our various GTM tools

6-Month Success
Begin pro-actively creating proposals for improvements and innovations for your specific GTM team stakeholders
Become a thought-leader and go-to resource for owned GTM areas
Weekly 1:1s with your direct supervisor
Complete ownership and independence on larger builds across our various GTM tools with minimal check-in meetings with your supervisor
