About You
You're a seasoned technical product manager with a passion for solving complex security challenges through innovative identity security solutions. You have a proven track record of owning the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and beyond, for enterprise customers.

Responsibilities
- Product Strategy and Vision: Develop a compelling product strategy and roadmap that aligns with our adaptive and autonomous security vision, addressing the evolving needs of SaaS-based enterprises while championing inclusivity and accessibility.
- Market Analysis and Insights: Conduct extensive market research and analysis, gaining a deep understanding of customer pain points, emerging trends, and competitive landscape, focusing on diverse customer segments.
- User-Centric Product Development: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, security research, and data science, to create user-centric product solutions prioritizing inclusivity, ease of use, and robust security outcomes.
- Agile Product Delivery: Lead and inspire agile product development teams, driving the successful execution of product roadmaps, managing priorities, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products that exceed customer expectations.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to gather feedback, validate product concepts, and ensure alignment with market needs, incorporating diverse perspectives throughout the product lifecycle.
- Competitive Differentiation: Identify unique market opportunities and develop strategies to differentiate Oleria's products through innovative features, cutting-edge technology, and inclusive design.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data insights and analytics to drive product optimization, make informed decisions, and continuously improve product performance, security, and user experience.
- Product Evangelism: Act as a product evangelist, effectively communicating the value proposition, features, and benefits of Oleria's products to customers, partners, and industry stakeholders through various channels.
Skills and Qualifications
- 8+ years of demonstrated experience in product management, preferably in the cybersecurity or SaaS industry, with a track record of successfully launching and scaling innovative products.
- Strong strategic thinking and the ability to envision and execute product strategies that drive business growth, customer satisfaction, and market leadership.
- Solid technical understanding, enabling effective collaboration with engineering teams and the ability to grasp complex security concepts.
- A deep passion for understanding user needs, advocating for inclusivity and accessibility, and delivering exceptional user experiences that empower customers.
- Excellent leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams, influence stakeholders, and drive results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Compensation Range:
The annual salary range being offered for this role depending on individual candidate level and experience is $150,000 to $210,000 base salary as well as equity.
