We are looking for a compensation professional with strong analytical skills to join Olo as Compensation Manager. In this role, you will join Olo’s Total Rewards function within People + Culture to support the Olo team’s continued growth, and use your prior experience to inform, influence, and execute our business practices. You will be a key contributor to maintaining and administering Olo’s Compensation programs and will work closely with different stakeholders across the organization, including team members in the People + Culture, Finance, and Legal. You will report to the Director, Total Rewards, and can work remotely from anywhere in the U.S. or at Olo’s headquarters in NYC.

What You'll Do

    • Serve as subject matter expert and provide day-to-day compensation support within People + Culture to the Business Partners and Talent Acquisition teams, as well as to leaders across Olo to help inform, influence, and support our business practices
    • Manage compensation programs, processes, and structures, and ensure compliance as the business scales, and recommend process improvements based on business needs
    • Use market intelligence and data to ensure the market competitiveness and fairness of our compensation programs, including cash and equity
    • Partner with Finance, Legal, People Partners, and Talent Acquisition on pay decisions, compensation process & policies, job evaluations, compliance, and org-wide compensation communications
    • Manage the mid-year and year-end compensation process in alignment with our performance evaluation process using compensation modeling, data analytics, and benchmarking
    • Partner with the Equity Administration team to support our Equity and Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP) programs, including monthly grant approvals, employee trainings and communications
    • Help develop and track critical compensation reporting metrics, and communicate actionable insights to relevant stakeholders to help manage overall compensation strategy
    • Participate in annual and adhoc compensation surveys and compare current practices against market trends
    • Manage Senior Compensation Analyst in a collaborative environment

What We'll Expect From You

    • 5+ years of experience in Compensation, including experience at a public company
    • Strong analytical, financial, and modeling skills; expert in Excel/Google Sheets
    • Thorough understanding of compensation survey data 
    • Able to work independently, and effectively manage projects from inception through execution
    • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, as well as influence, problem solve, and successfully collaborate and communicate with stakeholders at various levels

Our best estimate of the compensation range for this opportunity is $108,930-$156,171 annually depending on the experience you bring and your location. This role is not eligible for bonus incentive.
